Information used by the service
We process account and business details, client profiles, programs, workout logs, check-ins, measurements, files, appointments, messages, and support requests that users choose to provide. Technical logs and essential session cookies help operate and secure the service.
How information is shared
Client records are available to the client and the authorized coaching team. Private coach notes do not appear in the client portal. Public website content becomes public only when the coach publishes it, subject to the platform’s private preview restriction while development continues.
Service providers
Hosting is on the configured DigitalOcean server. Payment information is handled through the selected payment processor; the application does not collect card numbers. Transactional email and AI requests use the providers configured by the operator. Final provider details and international-processing information will be published before public coach registration opens.
AI and your choices
Client records are used for AI reports only when the client enables AI consent. Coaches select the assistants and permitted record categories. Private notes and messages are excluded from report inputs. Withdrawing consent stops future report generation; existing coaching records and previously shared reports remain until an applicable deletion request is handled.
Storage, retention, and access
Records are stored in the service database and private file storage. Authorized users can export client data through their account. Backups support recovery. Final retention periods, deletion procedures, and backup expiry policies must be completed before public coach registration opens.
