Using SimpleFitnessSite
SimpleFitnessSite provides website and business tools for fitness coaches and their clients. You must be at least 18 to create an account, provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. The private preview is for authorized evaluation and is not open for public sales.
Coaching services and responsibility
Each coach is responsible for their services, qualifications, client agreements, exercise content, and the advice they provide. SimpleFitnessSite is the software provider. Coaches must obtain appropriate consent before collecting or sharing client information. Clients should raise training concerns directly with their coach.
Plans, trials, and payments
The free plan supports up to four active coaching clients. Paid plan prices and limits appear on the pricing page and are confirmed at checkout. A paid subscription requires an explicit checkout. No card is charged simply because you create an account. Cancellation, renewal, taxes, refunds, and trial-expiry policies will be finalized and displayed before live subscriptions are enabled.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant the service permission to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the features you choose. Upload only material you own or have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful content or share other people’s private information without authority.
AI assistance
AI outputs may contain errors. Coaches must review them before relying on or sharing them. AI features are not a medical service, diagnosis, or independent verification. Client record processing requires the permissions and consent provided through the service.
Accounts, access, and support
We may restrict accounts that misuse the service or compromise other users. Export options are available for client records. For access, billing, or deletion questions, use the contact form. Final operator details, governing terms, and retention commitments must be completed before public coach registration opens.
